Controlling Expert Customer & Projects (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and oversee the planning and forecasting processes for project-related and R&D costs and cash flows.
  • Take charge of the financial management of acquisition and development projects, from the offer phase through to the start of production, while supporting interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Provide business management support and commercial guidance to the leadership team, particularly for the Glass business unit, with a focus on standardization and reporting.
  • Conduct target/actual comparisons and special analyses (e.g., capacity, R&D efficiency), and drive the implementation of resulting action plans.
  • Coordinate activities related to grant management.
  • Develop and optimize processes, standards, tools, and templates in project and R&D controlling.

Your qualification:

  • Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on planning or controlling.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, excellent analytical skills, and an interest in technical matters.
  • Knowledge of profitability accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP module PS/CO is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; French and German are an asset.
