CYBER DEFENCE ANALYST (D/M/W)
Your tasks:
Processing of security incident tickets according to playbook
- Use of provided security dashboards according to instructions
- Secure documentation in the ticket system
- Creating new entries in the knowledge database for as yet unknown error situations
- Execution of Level 1 requirements including standard incident response activities
- Secure escalation 24/7 (on-call duty)
- Collaboration in the creation of work instructions and playbooks
Your qualifications:
The work task requires knowledge and skills that are generally acquired through at least three years of relevant completed vocational training in the field of information technology and specialised additional qualifications. The overall required knowledge and experience may have been acquired in other ways
- Knowledge and initial experience in the above-mentioned areas of expenditure
- Experience in information security
- Knowledge of IT security and IT risk solutions
- At least basic knowledge of national and international IT standards and frameworks
- Very good written and spoken German (C1)
- Good written and spoken English skills (B2)
- Analytical skills and a goal-orientated way of working
- High motivation, a structured and organised way of working
- Convincing and confident demeanour as well as communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and creativity
