Your Tasks:

• Structured failure analysis of vehicle electronics using quality management
  methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, etc.)
• Independent, systematic analysis with a structured documentation
• Preparation and hardware modification of DUTs and test setups
• Development of measurement and test methods to characterize and test passive and active electronic parts and circuits
• Creation of technical customer presentations
• Systemic support of the global quality organization in complaint analysis

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable engineering studies
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development or in the semiconductor industry
• Very good knowledge of analog and digital circuit design as well asnsemiconductor failure mechanisms and failure analysis
• Good knowledge of bus systems in the automotive industry such as CAN bus and FlexRay as well as the use of diagnostic tools such as CANoe is an advantage
• Confident handling of test and measurement equipment
• Good knowledge of quality management methods and tools
• Six Sigma certificate advantageous
• Highly motivated, structured, and independent way of working
• Assertiveness
• Fluent spoken and written English and fluent written and spoken German
