HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Location: Luxembourg

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultant between HR and business functions.
  • Provide HR consulting and coaching on people and cultural issues, as well as technical and legal aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards.
  • Manage talent initiatives such as workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
  • Implement, administer, and ensure compliance with general HR programs and policies.
  • Handle employee and labor relations, including communication.
  • Coordinate and administer rewards programs.
  • Analyze HR-related reports.
  • Address labor relation conflicts and collaborate with external/internal consultants to identify optimal solutions.
  • Support daily administration of all HR-related topics.
  • Manage HRIS.
  • Assist with payroll administration.

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg.
  • Strong knowledge of HR programs and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of Luxembourgish labor law.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Microtis, and DSK.
  • Dynamic, proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations involving confidential or sensitive matters.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Very good communication skills in German, French, and English.
