HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Location: Luxembourg

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Acting as consultant between HR function and business functions
  • HR consulting and coaching, e.g. in people and cultural issues, in technical and legal aspects of the employment including hiring, termination, performance management and rewards
  • Talent management/staffing and recruitment of colleagues on talent initiatives, e.g., workforce planning, high-potential employee development, succession planning
  • General HR program/policy implementation, administration and compliance
  • Employee and labor relations and communications
  • Rewards program coordination and/or administration
  • Analyses of HR related reports
  • Handling labor relation conflicts and working with external/internal consultants to figure out the best solutions
  • Support in and daily administration of all HR related topics
  • HRIS management
  • Supporting payroll administration

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in a similar role in Luxembourg
  • High knowledge of HR programs and policies
  • High communication skills with internal/external people
  • High knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law
  • MS-Office, SAP, Microtis and DSK
  • Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
  • Strong organization, prioritization, time-management, multi-tasking skills
  • Very good German, French and English language skills
