HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Location: Luxembourg

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain and update the costing system for the production facility.
  • Assist in budget preparation and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Analyze spending and conduct variance analysis in a manufacturing environment, covering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Perform business opportunity analyses and studies in collaboration with other departments.
  • Participate in the quotation process, working with sales and production to optimize production tools.
  • Report directly to the Finance Manager.

Your qualification:

  • Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on controlling/finance, or a comparable degree.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in operational controlling, preferably within the automotive industry and/or project controlling.
  • Strong knowledge of cost and profitability calculations; familiarity with MS Office, SAP module PS/CO, and PowerBI/Power Query is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
