HR Development Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Luxembourg

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage reporting for governmental training support (INFPC report).
  • Analyze training needs.
  • Plan and organize training curricula, materials, and programs.
  • Create and implement new training procedures.
  • Oversee the delivery of both internal and externally provided training.

Your qualification:

  • University degree in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development.
  • Proficient in common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of HR-related applications (e.g., Gesper Formation, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Very good command of German, French, and English.
