HR Development Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Luxembourg

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing reporting for governmental training support (INFPC report)
  • Analyzing training needs
  • Planning and organizing training curricula, related materials and programs
  • Create, and implement new training procedures
  • Managing delivery of internal and externally provided training

Your qualification:

  • University degree in HR/ Learning & Development or related subject
  • Min. 3 years experience in HR Development
  • Proficient in the use of common office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of HR-related applications are considered as an asset (e.g. Gesper Formation, SAP Success Factor)
  • Very good German, French and English language skills
