(Junior) Validation Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of resources, time and cost plans for complete validation programs, as well as tracking of the timely provision of test samples
• Translating customer-specific and regulatory requirements into actual test execution
• Responsible for set-up and execution of static, dynamic and functionally relevant tests on mechanisms, seat structures and complete seats
• Analysis, plausibility check and documentation of test results
• Qualified reporting to the engineering teams
• Creation of test requests and scheduling of tests in the test lab via an electronic database system
• Advising the FEA team on detailed requirements for statistical and dynamic loads

Your qualification:

• Completed technical studies or corresponding technical training
• Product knowledge in the field of vehicle interiors with a focus on vehicle seats, mechanisms and seat structures (desirable)
• Sound knowledge in the areas of static and dynamic safety testing, functional testing, fatigue testing, life cycle simulations
• Technical understanding for the assessment of component behavior
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
