Program Manager (F/M/X)

Location: 

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional project team and serve as the main point of contact for the client.
• Act as the liaison between the customer and the company.
• Plan, manage, document, and assess projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, milestones, and quality standards are adhered to.
• Oversee the financial goals of the project, regularly tracking and reporting on progress.
• Ensure adherence to APQP processes and standards, implementing changes when necessary.

Your Qualification:

• A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project or program management within the automotive supply sector.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a problem-solving, customer-centric mindset.
• High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in standard office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Good command of both written and spoken German and English; French is an advantage.
