Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: München


Your Responsibilities:

  • Generating project baseline plan (deliverables, schedule, costs, risks, organization) before project start
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Monitoring the progress on project level, define corrective actions if necessary
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Managing the project risks and opportunities and define appropriate actions
  • Managing resource needs with the concerned line managers, indicate potential conflicts and contribute to find solutions
  • Acting as a focal point for the customer regarding project progress, technical compliance and quality
  • Providing a regular report with respect to deliverables, schedule, costs, quality, risks and opportunities
  • Reporting to management in dedicated project/program reviews with respect to deliverables, schedule, costs and risks

Your Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field (approx. 5 years of experience)
  • Experience in the automotive or aerospace safety critical embedded electronics is a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE 2 certification is a plus.
  • High level of self-reliance with the ability to lead project teams of various size
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience with Enterprise-Resource-Planning
  • Fluent English language skills are essential (at least B2 (CEFR)), fluent German or any other language would be beneficial
  • High flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel
