Your Tasks:

  • Privacy law consulting, design and further development of innovation and special projects in digital transformation
  • Further development, control and planning of the privacy strategy 2030 with regard to product and customer-effective innovation potentials
  • Further development, control, planning and monitoring of the Porsche Privacy Shared Service Center
  • Further development of the Group Privacy Directive
  • Close cooperation with the privacy stakeholders in the board ressorts, subsidiaries (worldwide) as well as the interface partners in the area of information security, digital and development
  • Development and design of the basis for an internal and external privacy communication strategy
  • Participation in the design of the implementation of the EU data directives as well as the development of a data ethics framework with regard to the respective privacy references
  • Privacy legal advice to the departments and Group companies on requirements in the national and international business environment, in particular on the development of products and services in compliance with privacy requirements
  • Committee and association activities

Your Qualifications:

  • Above-average degree in law (1st and 2nd state examination) or comparable qualification ideally with additional technical or legal qualification in privacy / privacy management
  • Many years of professional experience preferably in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of privacy law and related areas of law as well as strong technical understanding
  • Ideally knowledge in the area of digital products and business models Process and project management experience in an international context desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of problem-solving competence ("hands-on mentality")
  • Curiosity and pioneering spirit in solving novel legal issues
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills, very strong communication skills as well as the ability to deal with conflicts
  • Very strong teamwork, communication and assertiveness skills.
  • Very high level of intercultural competencies
  • Willingness to travel
  • International working requirement
  • Chinese language skills desirable
  • Business fluent in German and English
