SCM Specialist Coordinator (f/m/d)

Location: Luxemburg

Your Tasks:

• Planning the weekly/daily production of complex and/or new series production according to customer orders, production capacity and availability of raw material
• Informing customers about deviations from the agreed delivery plan
• Management of daily exchange with the customer and other special Just in time requests from the customer
• Monitoring of stocks and inventory controlling of semi-finished materials and finished goods
• Providing analyzes of different forecasts and stocks
• Processing the EDI orders of the customer and ensuring the correctness in ERP
• Be a team player within the Planning & Scheduling team by supporting the production planning creation and update.
• Provide demand-planning data and analysis to supervisor planning & scheduling, mid-long term.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field requested
• 3+ years of Experience in customer relationship management / customer service / customer demand management / Scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced skill with electronic processes and communication
• Hands-on approach to problem solving with direct customer contact
• Ability to work under time pressure as well multi-tasking events
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are mandatory, French would be an asset
