Superintendent (m/f/d) Lamination

Your Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise production supervisors, providing leadership and guidance to enhance employee performance and knowledge.
  • Influence positive behavior among employees and reinforce the message of ownership and responsibility within the team.
  • Ensure timely availability of requested products with optimum efficiency by collaborating with scheduling, customer, and supplier departments.
  • Lead improvement initiatives to reduce customer claims and enhance overall product quality.
  • Work closely with the process and maintenance departments to increase machine effectiveness and improve process speed.
  • Detect deviations, anticipate potential issues, and conduct root cause analyses to define and implement corrective actions, measuring progress toward key targets.
  • Manage non-conforming parts from suppliers in a professional manner.

Your Qualification:

  • Degree in engineering (production, mechanics, or similar).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory, and process control.
  • LEAN mindset and familiarity with LEAN principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (German is a significant asset).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an advanced/ intermediate level.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct others effectively.
