TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER (D/M/W)


Your tasks:

  • Handling and documentation of technical helicopter incidents and malfunctions, including analysis and classification
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of complex technical solutions for fleet-wide issues in collaboration with various stakeholders (Engineering, Suppliers, Quality Assurance, Program Support Office)

  • Technical support to ensure continued airworthiness of helicopters
  • Participation in the development of technical optimizations and identification of improvement potentials based on customer and customer center feedback
  • Processing inquiries related to technical documentation and supporting the documentation team in the creation of manuals (e.g., Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Master Servicing Manual) and service bulletins
  • Support in the assessment and evaluation of reported damages and the creation of repair solutions (Repair Design Approval Sheet – RDAS)
  • Preparation of technical reports for components/parts based on investigations at suppliers and customers following specific incidents
  • Participation in the preparation of proposals and company presentations
  • Taking on functional and/or project-related tasks in projects (e.g., technical project planning, responsibility for specific topics)
  • Presentation of work results


Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree (up to 4 years standard period of study) in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

  • Subject-specific additional qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience acquired through other means
  • Knowledge and experience in the areas of responsibility mentioned above
  • Experience in customer support
  • Knowledge and experience in applying aviation regulations
  • Understanding of general helicopter technology, operations, and maintenance
  • High reactivity, customer orientation, and strong team skills
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
