APE Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Luxembourg

Your responsibilities:

• Propose and implement actions for continuous improvement.
• Set up and support pre-series systems, ensuring the production of customer samples.
• Assist in developing new manufacturing processes for switchable glazing, including cutting, gluing, cleaning, welding, and soldering.
• Organize and optimize production processes in pre-serial lines.
• Collaborate closely with the pre-development team and facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the series development team.
• Work in a dynamic and innovative production environment.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education.
• Passion for innovation and new technologies.
• Automotive experience is a plus, along with knowledge of materials such as glass, coatings, and plastics.
• 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.
• Affinity for software and programming is desirable.
• Fluent in English, with German being an advantage.
