LINE MANAGER CYBER SECURITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT 3 (D/F/M)


Your tasks:

  • Disciplinary leadership (including conducting development discussions, setting objectives, personnel resource planning, and other disciplinary tasks), coaching and further development of the Cyber Security Consulting Team in Germany with a focus on project management

  • Responsible for recruiting new talents, developing individual career paths, managing skills development within the team, and promoting continuous learning
  • Reporting directly to the Head of the Cybersecurity Delivery Center
  • Participation in cyber security customer projects, either as project manager and/or as customer service manager
  • Assumption of functional and/or project-related tasks within projects
  • Preparation of documentation and presentation of work results
  • Support for activities in pre-sales, sales, and marketing
  • Contribution to the preparation and quality assurance of proposals in the department


Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering, computer science/information technology, cybersecurity or comparable fields of study, along with particularly extensive subject-specific knowledge and experience. The required knowledge and skills may also have been acquired in other ways.

  • Particularly extensive knowledge and experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility
  • Degree in engineering, computer science/information technology, cybersecurity or a comparable qualification and/or several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of corporate security
  • Ideally, in-depth knowledge in the areas of cyber security and project management
  • Business fluent in both German and English
  • Experience in managing project managers as well as working in international teams
  • Ability to successfully combine team leadership and project work
  • Structured and well-organized working style with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of conflict resolution capability
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
