Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/d)

Location: Luxemburg

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist maintenance teams in executing high-priority “schedule break” repairs to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Analyze downtime data to identify equipment or items causing the most significant losses, and implement actions to reduce future downtime.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance (supervisors and operators) to identify and implement improvement opportunities for equipment to prevent or minimize downtime.
  • Support maintenance planning as needed to evaluate and enhance repair and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and external vendors to provide support that improves repair effectiveness for operations and maintenance.
  • Oversee the spare parts program, determining which parts need maintenance to ensure consistent facility operation.
  • Conduct maintainability studies to understand and minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
  • Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program by identifying preventive actions, tracking their implementation, and ensuring their effectiveness.

Your qualification:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with robotics (e.g., Fanuc) and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or German considered an asset.
