Project Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Luxemburg

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up each tool prior to a scheduled run, ensuring that process parameters are met and part quality is acceptable.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions in close collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments.
• Participate in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes for future products.
• Engage in training to enhance skills.
• Report directly to Process Managers.

Your Qualification:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or a degree in mechanical or maintenance engineering.
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing is appreciated and considered a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment is beneficial.
• Must have a process-oriented approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Self-starter who can work with limited supervision to maintain process quality.
• Able to set up and maintain quality production standards.
• Proficient in performing mathematical calculations related to processing parameters.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English or French; German is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
