Team Leader Lamination (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Coach and supervise production operators.
• Develop versatility in the team to adapt to customer needs.
• Monitor safe work behaviors for all team members and report unsafe conditions or behaviors to Plant leadership as needed, ensuring compliance with existing rules.
• Provide leadership and direction to employees, positively influencing their behavior, continuously improving their know-how and knowledge, and reinforcing a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Deploy Lean tooling to promote Lean thinking.
• Assist the team in meeting quality, yield, and volume objectives set by Plant leadership, in close cooperation with Learning & Development.
• Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims.
• Detect deviations, anticipate issues, identify root causes, define and apply appropriate actions, and measure progress to achieve key targets.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Knowledge in logistics, inventory, and process control is mandatory.
• LEAN mindset and knowledge.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective ability to lead and direct others.
• Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a timely manner.
